Your Hydroseeding Expert in the Carolinas.

Not all grass is grown equal. We specialize exclusively in hydroseeding with grass varieties selected for the southern climate; serving residential, commercial, and municipal properties across the Carolinas.

Our Services

  • Bare ground doesn't have to stay that way. We spray a precision-mixed slurry of grass seed, mulch, fertilizer, and water directly onto your soil — binding on contact, controlling erosion, and establishing ground cover faster and cheaper than sod.

Homeowners get a lawn built to last. Contractors and developers get site stabilization and erosion control on your schedule.

Every mix is matched to your soil, your climate, and your site.

  • Good seed needs good ground. Before we spray, the soil has to be ready. We till and loosen the top layer of your seed bed so the slurry binds, germinates, and establishes the way it should.

You can handle basic prep yourself with a rake — or we can take care of it with a power rake. Either way, we'll tell you exactly what your site needs before we start.

  • Healthy grass starts below the surface. Over time, soil compacts — and compacted soil suffocates roots. Core aeration pulls small plugs from your lawn, opening it up so water, nutrients, and oxygen can reach the root zone where growth actually happens.

The result is a lawn that absorbs more, stresses less, and grows stronger season after season.

  • Sometimes the lawn's biggest problem is what's in it. Thatch is the layer of dead grass and debris that builds up between your soil and your living grass. A little is normal. Too much — anything over a half inch — blocks water, air, and nutrients from reaching the roots that need them.

We remove it. What's left is a lawn that can actually breathe.

  • Thin grass doesn't mean starting over. Overseeding fills in bare patches, thickens weak areas, and refreshes tired lawns — without the cost or disruption of starting from scratch. It's one of the most effective and affordable upgrades you can make to an existing lawn.

We use high-quality seed blends matched to the Carolinas — shade-tolerant, sun-loving, or mixed coverage depending on your yard. Paired with core aeration and topdressing, the seed gets exactly where it needs to go.

The lawn you already have, performing the way it should.

“He was thorough from the ground preparation, to the seeding, all the way to the many follow-ups to see how things were going. He offered advice when needed and was quick with his responses. I have already recommended him to many people in my neighborhood.”
